Growing Taller - The Milk and Growth Hormones Conspiracy


As you might already know, human growth hormones are the primary and most powerful biological chemicals (hope this is not too "scientific") to quickly increase a person's height. Dr. Darwin Smith from Grow Taller 4 Idiots claimed that you can make you very own Human Growth Hormone meal plans -- to quickly increase your height.

This is in fact, a killer method used by many short athletes to grow taller in order to excel in their sports activities.

I know for a fact that many people think that certain kind of nutrition (or meal) can make a person to grow taller almost instantly. The thing is, many people don't know what kind of nutrition or what type of meals can make you taller!

For example, people think that drinking lots of milk can make you grow taller. That is only partly true. Look at it this way. Milk provides calcium. But calcium is lost if you do not work out. So, the fast and correct formula to grow taller by drinking milk is really:

Milk + Workout = Taller

For example, my buddy, Peter Galloway is genetically short because he has two short parents. He decided to drink lots of milk every single day to increase the amount of calcium in his body because he knows that calcium builds strong bones and can make you taller. A couple of months later, Peter did not grow any taller.

He was becoming more desperate because everyone in my tiny rock band was laughing at him.
He read on the internet that he was misusing the idea of drinking milk to grow taller. He needs to work out in order for the calcium to make him taller!

And he did exactly that. He begin playing soccer and tennis and soon enough -- he grew an inch
in just about two months. (probably less than two months, give or take)

Want To Grow Taller?

I had just read an article about ways to increase height. The article is pretty amazing I thought. Hopefully it could help in overcoming my height problem. Here, these are some of the tips that I read from the article.

Exercising: Exercises such as stretching could really help in growing taller. I never noticed that simple workouts such as toe-touching, bridges and hanging could really help. After all, I do not have to spend any money on these exercises even if it does not happen to help.

Breathing: This tip interests me a lot. I did not noticed that breathing can help in growing taller. As we inhaled air, the oxygen rushes to our blood capillaries and later into the blood. This helps in stimulating hormones and make them stronger and more powerful.
